Gasuna Technologies Ltd provides users of the Gasuna App with a way to request deletion of data associated with their use of the application, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

How to Request Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their data by following one of the options below:

Option 1: Contact Your Gas Supplier

User accounts and associated personal information are created and managed by participating gas suppliers.

To request deletion of personal account data (such as name or contact details), users should contact their gas supplier directly.

Option 2: Contact Gasuna

For data related to the operation of the Gasuna App or connected devices, users may submit a deletion request by emailing:

Please include:

  • Your supplier name

  • Your Gasuna device ID (if available)

  • A brief description of your request

Types of Data Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, Gasuna will delete or anonymise, where applicable:

  • Gasuna App usage data

  • Connected device data (e.g. gas level readings, device status)

  • App-related identifiers associated with the device or account

Data That May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained where required for:

  • Legal or regulatory compliance

  • Safety, audit, or dispute resolution purposes

Any retained data will be limited in scope and stored only for the minimum period required by law.

Retention Period

Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Where retention is required, data will be securely deleted once the applicable retention period expires.
